FAQ

Can I request the same team?

If you are a recurrent client  on a weekly or biweekly schedule, you can count on the same team cleaning your home at the designated day and time within an hour arrival window.

Are you Green Cleaners?

Although we are not an all-natural cleaning company, we do strive to find products that will not harm our employees’ health, your health, or the environment. We use top of the line commercial products, many of which are natural and Green Sealed Certified; one of our favorites it Better Life Cleaning Products, which we provide to our customers who ask for them at no additional charge

Am I liable for worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes?

Many homeowners are not aware of their personal liability regarding work related injury and social security taxes for independent home-service workers. No need to worry, we take care of all this for you.

Do I need to buy cleaning supplies and equipment?

No. We will bring all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies. However, if you have a special product you would prefer, our staff will be more than happy to accommodate you.

How do I pay for the services?

Most customers find it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Maidly If you prefer, we are also able to take your credit card information over the telephone. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.

What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?

If you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 24-hour notice. When no notice is given, we may need to charge a $50 fee if the team cannot be reassigned. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will contact you to reschedule your service.

Do you do dishes or clean up after animals?

As part of a normal service Dishes will not be washed. If there is an empty dishwasher, we will load but must be noted on work order. We do not pick up waste, blood or feces (animal or human). We are not permitted to open glass doors (example: china cabinets, curio, entertainment center, etc.). For insurance purposes, we do not climb higher than 2 steps on a step ladder.

How about referrals?

We LOVE referrals! We’d give you a FREE cleaning service for EACH referral you sent our way that hires us for ongoing services. All Initial Cleans, Spring Cleans and Move In/Out Cleans are done hourly. This allows us to establish an initial level of cleanliness throughout your home to be met on regular scheduled visits.
